Role Overview

As a Fashion Consultant, you will be a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving individual and store sales targets. You will play a key role in clienteling, CRM, visual merchandising compliance, and omnichannel engagement.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about luxury fashion, customer experience, and relationship-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer service

• Deliver personalised, memorable luxury shopping experiences

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships using an omnichannel approach

• Collect and analyse customer behaviour insights, top sellers, and slow-moving items

• Provide product feedback to support buying and merchandising decisions

• Promote loyalty programs (MUSE) and digital app offerings

• Ensure accurate customer data capture in line with CRM and marketing guidelines

• Maintain adherence to visual merchandising standards and SOPs

• Support click & collect operations within defined SLAs

• Participate in in-store events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns

• Stay updated on brand storytelling, social media campaigns, and launches

• Contribute feedback on store performance and CX initiatives

• Support people experience initiatives to drive employee engagement (eNPS)
