The Role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Fashion Consultants to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support Chalhoub’s omnichannel strategy through CRM, customer engagement, and in-store initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Build strong client relationships and capture customer data for CRM and loyalty programs (MUSE).

• Provide product feedback, track top sellers/slow movers, and share insights with management.

• Support visual merchandising (VM) standards, SOPs, and in-store activations.

• Assist with Click & Collect services within agreed SLAs.

• Promote marketing campaigns, in-store events, and brand social media initiatives.

• Contribute to customer experience (CX) enhancements and share improvement feedback.

• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Passion for fashion, retail, and customer engagement.

• This role is part of the Emiratisation program (UAE Nationals encouraged to apply).
