Role Overview

Join Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retail partner in the Middle East, as a Luxury Fashion Consultant. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver personalized styling experiences, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to achieving store sales targets while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional in-store guest experience.

• Build and nurture client relationships using an omnichannel approach, including digital engagement and in-store interactions.

• Capture insights on customer preferences, buying patterns, and product performance to support business reviews.

• Provide feedback on collections and trends to support future buying decisions.

• Ensure accurate customer data capture to strengthen CRM and loyalty initiatives.

• Promote and enroll customers in loyalty programs while staying informed about mobile app features and services.

• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with store SOPs.

• Assist with in-store activations, marketing events, and new product launches.

• Monitor sell-through performance and recommend improvements to enhance store results.

• Stay updated on brand campaigns, fashion trends, and social media activities to better engage clients.

• Contribute to a positive team culture and enhanced employee experience within the store.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and Russian (both required).

• Previous experience working with premium or luxury fashion brands.

• Proven ability in clientelling, relationship management, and personalized sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering elevated customer experiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-driven mindset.
