As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales performance while creating memorable and personalized shopping experiences. You will play a key role in client relationship management, omni-channel engagement, and supporting in-store initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through an omni-channel approach.

• Capture and analyze customer data to support CRM and business reviews.

• Provide product feedback, highlighting top sellers and slow-moving items.

• Promote loyalty programs such as MUSE and stay updated on digital app features.

• Support in-store marketing events, activations, and customer experience initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and SOPs.

• Manage click-and-collect services within defined SLAs.

• Stay informed about brand campaigns and social media activities.

• Contribute feedback to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Drive sell-through and maximize conversion opportunities.

• Support people initiatives that enhance employee engagement (eNPS).

Candidate Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (Russian language is a plus).

• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering premium customer experiences.

• Sales-driven mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Understanding of CRM and omni-channel retail environments.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
