Fashion Consultant – Luxury Retail (Versace)

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our luxury retail team in Dubai, representing Versace — a brand synonymous with bold creativity, heritage, and Italian craftsmanship. This role is ideal for a client-focused retail professional who is passionate about fashion, luxury service, and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Fashion Consultant, you will deliver an exceptional end-to-end luxury experience while driving individual and store performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service

• Building strong, long-term client relationships through personalized styling, clienteling, and CRM tools

• Driving omnichannel engagement, including in-store, digital, and click & collect services within defined SLAs

• Capturing and maintaining accurate customer data in line with CRM and marketing requirements

• Promoting loyalty programs (MUSE) and staying up to date with app features and digital initiatives

• Providing insights on customer behavior, best sellers, and slow movers to support business reviews

• Supporting pre-buying feedback through frontline product insights

• Ensuring adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, brand standards, and SOPs

• Supporting in-store marketing activations, events, and client experiences

• Staying informed on brand campaigns, social media activity, and product launches

• Actively contributing to CX initiatives and sharing feedback on store performance and client needs

• Driving sell-through and conversion while consistently delivering premium guest experiences

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)

• Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or client-facing customer service roles

• Solid understanding of clienteling, CRM, and database-driven sales

• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and personalized customer journeys

• Comfort working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics

• Passion for Versace, with an understanding of the brand’s heritage, aesthetic, and positioning

• A polished, customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for fashion and styling
