Position Overview
Chalhoub Group is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences in Dubai. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, building long-term client relationships, and supporting in-store CRM, CX, and loyalty initiatives within a premium omnichannel environment.
This opportunity is part of Emiratisation, supporting the development of UAE national talent in luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience

Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Build and nurture strong client relationships through an omnichannel approach

Drive sell-through performance by recommending products aligned with customer preferences

Support in-store customer experience (CX) initiatives and service excellence standards
Customer Insights & CRM
-
Collect and analyze customer data, buying behaviour, top sellers, and slow-moving items
-
Ensure accurate customer data capture in line with CRM and marketing requirements
-
Promote and enroll customers into the MUSE Loyalty Program and app offerings
-
Provide insights and feedback for business reviews and merchandising decisions
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures

Support click-and-collect services, ensuring SLAs are consistently met

Assist with in-store marketing events, activations, and brand campaigns
-
Stay updated on brand social media activities and ongoing promotions
Team & Culture

Contribute to a positive people experience and support initiatives that drive eNPS

Share feedback on store performance, customer preferences, and operational improvements

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store performance
Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills in English

UAE National (Emiratisation role)

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury retail

Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, premium retail environment

Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
