Role Overview

Chalhoub Group is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Luxury Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional retail experiences across its prestigious fashion brands. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a luxury environment, are sales-driven, and are committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service.

As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, driving customer loyalty, and supporting in-store initiatives that elevate the overall guest experience.

This opportunity is open under Emiratisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering a premium and personalized customer experience.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through an omni-channel approach, including in-store and digital engagement.

• Capture and analyze customer data, purchasing behavior, top sellers, and slow-moving items to support business reviews.

• Promote loyalty programs (MUSE), mobile app features, and digital services to enhance customer engagement.

• Ensure accurate customer data capture in line with CRM and marketing requirements.

• Support click-and-collect orders and ensure execution within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Provide pre-buying feedback on products based on customer insights and market trends.

• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising (VM) standards and store operating procedures.

• Support in-store marketing events, launches, and brand activations.

• Stay informed on brand campaigns, social media activities, and seasonal promotions.

• Contribute feedback on store performance, customer experience initiatives, and operational improvements.

• Support people experience initiatives to enhance employee engagement and drive eNPS scores.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for luxury fashion and retail.

• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a premium retail setting.

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).
