Job Description:
Kebab Jhany Farms is looking for dedicated and reliable Farm Workers to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of dairy farming, including milking cows, processing milk, and producing high-quality butter. The role involves working closely with livestock, operating dairy equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure the best quality butter and dairy products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Milking & Animal Care:

  • Perform daily milking of cows, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and hygienically.

  • Provide general care for livestock, including feeding and health monitoring.

• Milk Processing & Butter Production:

  • Collect, filter, and store milk following strict hygiene protocols.

  • Operate butter churning and packaging equipment to produce high-quality butter.

  • Assist in the preparation, storage, and labeling of butter products.

• Sanitation & Hygiene Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dairy areas, equipment, and tools to meet food safety standards.

  • Ensure all safety, quality, and food handling guidelines are followed.

• General Farm Duties:

  • Assist with other farm-related tasks such as feeding, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

  • Monitor animal health and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dairy farming, butter production, or a related field.

• Knowledge of milk processing, butter churning, and hygiene standards.

• Ability to operate dairy equipment such as milking machines, churners, and separators.

• Physically fit, able to lift heavy items, and work in a demanding farm environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Basic animal handling skills, including feeding and monitoring the health of dairy cows.
