Ejadah is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager – Soft Services to manage non-technical services across mall premises. The role focuses on overseeing housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, and customer service, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all soft services operations, including housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, façade cleaning, landscaping, valet services, and customer service desks.

Develop and monitor SOPs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Supervise outsourced service providers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.

Handle tenant and customer complaints related to soft services, ensuring timely resolution.

Coordinate with the marketing/events team for event setups, crowd management, and post-event cleanups.
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and evacuation readiness.

Monitor budgeting and cost-efficiency for soft services operations.

Plan and execute training programs for service staff to improve performance and customer interaction.

Implement sustainability and waste segregation initiatives, in line with green building practices.

Prepare periodic reports, service evaluations, and vendor performance reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

10 years of experience, including 5 years in mall/airport management and 7 years in leadership roles.

BICS Certification is mandatory.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

Knowledge of local compliance, hygiene, and labor regulations.
