Position: Facilities Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider in Dubai for an experienced Facilities Manager. This role is responsible for the effective planning, execution, and performance management of integrated FM services across mixed-use, residential, and high-rise properties.

The successful candidate will oversee both Hard and Soft FM services, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high service standards across all assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of Hard FM services (MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) and Soft FM services (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management).

• Monitor service delivery against defined KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance targets are consistently achieved.

• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, municipal requirements, and industry standards.

• Manage a large and diverse workforce, including supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.

• Manage operational budgets, cost control measures, and financial reporting.

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure asset lifecycle optimization.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Proven experience managing Hard and Soft FM services in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.

• Solid knowledge of procurement, contractor management, and budget control.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
