The Facilities Manager will be responsible for facilities and project management, including overseeing third-party contractors to ensure key operational services are provided effectively at Nord Anglia International School Dubai. This full-time position is set to start in May 2025, and offers competitive remuneration and visa provision.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage facilities and third-party contractors to ensure operational services are efficiently provided.

Oversee the facilities management of the school, ensuring quality services are maintained.

Contribute to and manage IT platforms and initiatives for the school.

Handle communication and coordination of multiple functional tasks.

Lead and manage a multinational team while maintaining excellent time management.

Engage with cross-cultural teams and contribute to positive team dynamics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree (desirable) and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of facilities and project management best practices.

Experience with IT platforms and leading project initiatives.

Leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multinational teams.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
