Al Fattan Properties is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational performance of our residential and commercial properties. This role requires coordination with internal teams and service providers to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities across all facilities, with emphasis on HVAC systems and building infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Monitor and manage facility budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing property upgrades and improvement projects.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, contractor performance, and incident reports.

• Support the senior management team with reporting, audits, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in facilities management, preferably within residential and commercial property environments.

• Strong knowledge of property maintenance, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
