CLADSMART is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Façade Designer to join their design team in Dubai. The role is ideal for someone with experience in aluminum and glass façade systems, as well as proficiency in design and drafting tools. You will be responsible for developing shop drawings, system designs, and technical documentation to support the execution of façade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed façade design and shop drawings based on project specifications

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design feasibility

• Develop fabrication and installation drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials meet design intent

• Stay updated with façade systems, industry standards, and best practices

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in façade design or aluminum systems (curtain walls, cladding, windows, or doors)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or 3D tools is a plus

• Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, EN) related to façade performance

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
