Job Title: Fabrication Foreman – Shipbuilding & Repair

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Foreman to oversee and manage fabrication tasks in shipbuilding and repair projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural and piping fabrication, welding techniques, and interpreting technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure all fabrication activities comply with the Company’s Quality Policy and Work Instructions.

• Maintain accurate records of all fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.

✔ Team Leadership & Workflow Management:

• Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring work is executed efficiently and meets project deadlines.

• Allocate tasks based on job priority and workforce skills, ensuring seamless execution of structural and piping fabrication.

• Clearly communicate job requirements and responsibilities to the team.

✔ Technical Expertise:

• Interpret and execute technical drawings for shipbuilding and repair projects.

• Ensure proper welding techniques are applied to achieve high-quality structural and piping fabrication.

✔ Safety & Equipment Management:

• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring tools and equipment are used correctly.

• Supervise and train team members to enhance their fabrication and welding skills.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Experience: Strong background in ship repair and building fabrication.
🔹 Technical Skills: Expertise in reading blueprints, structural/piping fabrication, and welding techniques.
