About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our business across the GCC markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in export sales, a strong network within the region, and a proven track record in the FMCG or pet food sector. This is a strategic role, requiring both business development and account management skills to drive growth and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the GCC region to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Identify and acquire new distributors, clients, and key accounts across the market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and distributors.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and strong market support.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings in the GCC region.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the GCC region.

• Proven track record in FMCG or pet food export sales.

• Strong understanding of GCC business culture and distributor networks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
