Job Title: Export Sales Executive
Job Description:
Black & Grey HR is hiring on behalf of a client that manufactures and exports premium-quality paper bags and eco-friendly packaging solutions. Designed from renewable and recyclable materials, their products meet growing global demand for sustainable alternatives.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Export Sales Executive to drive international growth, establish long-term client relationships, and expand the brand’s footprint across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic export sales plans to enter and expand in international markets

Identify and build relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts

Understand international client needs and recommend appropriate eco-friendly packaging solutions

Negotiate and close export sales agreements while ensuring full compliance with global trade laws and export documentation

Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to manage shipments, customs, and documentation

Monitor international market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity

Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements:

Proven track record in export sales, preferably in the paper bag or packaging industry

Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; multilingual abilities are an added advantage

Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting eco-conscious solutions

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
