Job Title: Export Merchandiser 

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Export Merchandiser to manage and streamline international footwear shipments from our Dubai-based operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong industry knowledge, excellent coordination and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead multiple export projects efficiently. The Export Merchandiser will work closely with production, logistics, and global clients to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production timelines and delivery schedules with manufacturers and suppliers to meet international order deadlines.

• Manage all aspects of export documentation, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping agreements with international clients to drive profitability.

• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock for export orders.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand global reach.

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and reliable service.

• Resolve logistics issues swiftly to avoid delays in order fulfillment.

• Create detailed sales and inventory reports, providing data-driven insights to the management team.

• Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for exported footwear lines.

• Stay abreast of international trade laws, competitor activity, and fashion trends to guide business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 4–16 years of experience in export merchandising, preferably in the fashion or footwear sector.

• Proficiency in export documentation, compliance, and logistics procedures.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and export/supply chain management tools.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Ability to analyze trends, understand consumer behavior, and drive sales strategies.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
