Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and follow up with leads to drive sales growth.

Supervise the closing process for smooth client transactions.

Maintain consistent follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.

Provide expert advice to clients to build long-term relationships and generate referrals.

Engage in networking to acquire new clients.
Requirements:

Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Track record of consistent and successful sales in Abu Dhabi.

Excellent spoken and written English; bilingual/trilingual skills (e.g., Persian, Chinese, European languages) are a plus.

Strong knowledge of the UAE property market.

UAE driving license and own car.
