Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Real Estate Admin cum Receptionist to manage office operations and provide top-notch administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate procedures, tenancy contracts, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Reception Duties:

Handle phone calls, emails, and document management (scanning, photocopying, filing).

Welcome and assist guests, offering refreshments as needed.
-
Manage office supplies and inventory, coordinating with suppliers when necessary.
-
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Real Estate-Specific Tasks:
-
Post property listings on Property Finder, Trakheesi System, and MyCRM.
-
Prepare tenancy contracts, Form-F, Form-A, and related documents.
-
Communicate with clients and landlords, acting as a liaison between them and agents.
-
Track and manage properties, including move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance coordination.

Arrange property viewings and oversee tenancy administration.

Assist in advertising and marketing real estate listings.

Provide administrative support to the accounts and sales departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience in admin, receptionist, or sales roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Familiarity with real estate procedures and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative processes.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
