As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team and help deliver top-notch service with quality coffee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks

• Operate professional espresso machines and grinders

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Engage with customers warmly and professionally

• Handle feedback gracefully to ensure customer satisfaction

• Support with opening/closing duties

• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a barista

• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee profiles

• Friendly, respectful, and professional communication

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Team-oriented and reliable

Skills:

• Coffee Knowledge: Understanding different coffee beans, roast levels, and brewing methods

• Equipment Maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders to ensure optimal performance

• POS System Operation: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for order processing and payment handling
