Aster Pharmacy is seeking an Executive – Service Excellence to enhance customer experience across its retail units. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, designing service interventions, and conducting audits to ensure high standards. The ideal candidate will have hospitality or luxury retail experience and a strong background in service training and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze qualitative customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Develop and implement grooming standards for Aster Retail vertical.
• Conduct regular service audits and present findings to leadership.
• Design and deliver service training modules for shop floor staff.
• Prepare and publish a structured service scorecard for leadership.
• Perform store visits to assess service delivery and close gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations and Service Excellence teams for improvement initiatives.
• Benchmark and integrate best practices from leading service industries.
• Champion service and grooming standards across the organization.
• Transform training content into digitized micro-learning modules for long-term sustainability.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Service.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or luxury retail.
• Experience in front office operations or Learning & Development (L&D).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to design and implement service training programs.
