Job Overview:
Green Energy Consultancy is seeking a professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. This full-time, on-site role ensures smooth office operations and efficient management of communications, schedules, and executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative assistance and support to the CEO.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications.

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.

  • Assist with correspondence and office documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in office software and tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary, full-time on-site role in the UAE.
