Job Overview:
Green Energy Consultancy is seeking a professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. This full-time, on-site role ensures smooth office operations and efficient management of communications, schedules, and executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive administrative assistance and support to the CEO.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications.

Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.

Assist with correspondence and office documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bilingual in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in office software and tools.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
