A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Executive Project Director to manage and lead large-scale high-rise and mega construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring strategic planning, team coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure project delivery within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for the execution of high-rise building and mega project construction

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans covering budget, schedule, resources, and risk

• Oversee and mentor project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors

• Engage and coordinate with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment

• Implement rigorous quality control and safety procedures

• Manage and monitor budgets and project costs

• Identify risks and enforce mitigation plans

• Ensure adherence to local and international construction standards and legal compliance

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management

Qualifications:
