Executive/Personal Assistant to Integrative Physician

An extraordinary opportunity is open for a highly organized and emotionally intelligent Executive/Personal Assistant to support Dr. Lanalle Dunn, a globally respected naturopathic and anthroposophic medicine practitioner. Based in Dubai (Jumeirah/Umm Suqeim), this full-time, on-site position demands a proactive individual capable of managing complex schedules, overseeing client care, and supporting dynamic wellness-focused operations.

This is not a standard assistant role. Dr. Dunn’s fast-paced, multi-dimensional practice involves patient consultations, retreats, and wellness product management, requiring someone who can anticipate needs, bring structure, and handle sensitive tasks with professionalism.

Core Responsibilities:

Practice Management

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and follow-ups

  • Serve as first point of contact with clients, ensuring exceptional service and confidentiality

  • Process lab tests and results; manage wellness product inventory and orders

  • Oversee Amazon and retail platform operations

Administrative Excellence

  • Handle confidential records and communications with discretion

  • Manage expense reports and financial documents

  • Coordinate logistics with vendors and suppliers

  • Perform personal errands; drive to appointments/meetings across Dubai

Business Operations

  • Organize domestic and international travel logistics

  • Support and coordinate wellness retreats and related events

  • Manage bookings, vendors, and participants

  • Assist with social media content and platform management

  • Maintain digital systems for bookings and communication

  • Support business development and partnerships

Key Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license (non-negotiable)

  • At least 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-responsibility admin role

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information

  • Availability for occasional evening/weekend work

  • Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally

Desirable Skills:

  • Background in wellness, healthcare, or natural medicine

  • Event or retreat coordination experience

  • Familiarity with patient confidentiality protocols

  • Proficiency in social media management

  • Customer service or luxury service background
