Co-Living Group is expanding from London to Dubai and is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to support company leadership. This dynamic full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within the organization.
Company Overview:
With over 10,000 tenants housed in the past decade in London, Co-Living Group is now launching its innovative living solutions in Dubai’s AED 2.5 billion co-living market. The company is known for revolutionizing shared living through tech-enabled property management and tenant services.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the company director in setting up operations in Dubai

Liaise with local partners and oversee property acquisitions

Manage business development and HR-related tasks

Assist in recruitment and team coordination

Prepare to take leadership of existing teams post-training

Handle executive-level administrative duties and scheduling

Represent the director and the company in meetings as required
Candidate Requirements:

Education: University degree preferred

Experience: Recent graduates or junior professionals encouraged to apply

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and time management skills
