Ternoa is seeking a highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO across multiple companies. This hybrid role, based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred), requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-level meetings and partnerships. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted liaison with banks, lawyers, accountants, and key stakeholders, supporting high-impact projects within an international business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive-level meetings and partnerships across multiple companies.

Handle confidential and administrative matters with the utmost discretion.

Serve as a trusted liaison with banks, lawyers, accountants, and other key stakeholders.

Coordinate with international teams, including French-speaking partners, for smooth operations.

Assist the CEO in managing high-impact projects and daily executive tasks.

Ensure seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:

Based in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi, with solid knowledge of local business culture.

Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written).

Professional, charismatic, and confident in front of top executives.

French language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.

Ability to handle sensitive information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: AED 8,000 – 16,000 per month
