Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant to Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support our Marketing Manager in both professional and personal capacities. Based in Dubai, the ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to manage a variety of tasks with discretion and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Marketing Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes as needed

Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion

Assist with personal errands, reservations, and household-related coordination

Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive

Draft reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
-
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders efficiently
-
Track deadlines, action points, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution

Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
-
Provide flexible, all-around administrative support
Qualifications & Skills:

At least 1 year of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant

Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

Trustworthy, professional, and able to work with confidential material

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory

Willingness to work flexible hours if required
