Business Area:
Private Banking & Wealth Management Group
Providing holistic banking and investment solutions to high-net-worth clients, including bespoke loan structuring and wealth preservation through customized wealth planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead acquisition of new clients and innovate service offerings to meet personal and business client needs across ADCB’s business units.

Leverage both external and internal professional networks to attract and retain new-to-bank clients.

Serve as the primary contact for client interactions and daily banking service delivery to exceed client expectations.

Own client issues ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
-
Collaborate with specialists to develop tailored wealth management solutions, including asset management, credit, and succession planning.

Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities by engaging internal resources to provide suitable product solutions.

Monitor transaction accuracy and service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting the bank’s interests.
Candidate Profile:
-
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a commercial/universal bank in a client-facing relationship management role with high-net-worth individuals.

Strong product experience in capital markets solutions, hedge funds, and private equity.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Proven client service and acquisition skills.
-
Excellent networking and communication abilities.

Strong analytical skills to support and advocate new ideas.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
