Core42, a leader in AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is seeking an Executive – Managed Services to join their Abu Dhabi team. The role involves providing first-level support for cloud systems and infrastructure, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, handling service requests, and ensuring seamless operational delivery.

Core42 empowers clients with sovereign AI infrastructure and scalable cloud solutions, especially in highly regulated industries, driving digital transformation and innovation across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, G42 Cloud) and resolve performance issues.

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams.

• Manage user service requests, including access, permissions, provisioning, and decommissioning.

• Support configuration, change management, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Develop knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, system administrators, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support or managed services.

• Certifications in at least two cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and collaborate across teams.
