Dubai Healthcare City Authority is looking for an Executive – Community Management to serve as the primary point of contact for residents and co-owners. The role involves managing resident relations, community engagement, maintenance coordination, compliance enforcement, and financial management to ensure a well-maintained and thriving community.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Resident Relations:

  • Act as the main liaison between residents, board members, and property management.

  • Develop and implement community engagement programs and events.

  • Address resident concerns and complaints professionally.

  • Conduct surveys to assess resident satisfaction and gather feedback.

Communication & Compliance:

  • Maintain effective communication channels (emails, newsletters, social media, and community boards).

  • Keep residents informed about community policies, updates, and maintenance schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with property regulations through inspections and enforcement of rules.

  • Maintain accurate records of resident contacts, maintenance logs, and community events.

Maintenance & Property Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary contact for maintenance requests.

  • Oversee and schedule maintenance work to minimize disruptions.

  • Work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure proper upkeep of the property.

Financial Management & Budgeting Support:

  • Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and expense management.

  • Support in preparing community budgets and tracking financial transactions.

  • Assist in collecting dues, fees, and payments, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding balances.

  • Monitor and report budget variances and financial concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Knowledge of property management regulations and compliance.

  • Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
