Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of an international fine-dining restaurant brand in Dubai, known for its exceptional Japanese fusion cuisine with Italian influences. This is a full-time opportunity for a culinary leader who thrives in high-end, multicultural dining environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency

Focus on the creative execution of modern Japanese and Italian cuisine in a fine-dining setting

Inspire and manage a multicultural kitchen team, promoting discipline, teamwork, and excellence

Design and innovate seasonal menus, signature dishes, and culinary activations aligned with market trends and customer expectations

Implement strategic menu engineering to ensure profitability, cost-efficiency, and quality control

Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and food handling standards in compliance with UAE regulations

Collaborate with management on culinary concepts and new product launches
Requirements & Qualifications:

Open to all nationalities, aged 40 or below

Minimum 3 years of experience in fine-dining or Michelin-level restaurants specializing in Japanese and Italian cuisine

Proven expertise in menu development, cost control, and team leadership

Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish

Must reside in the UAE and be familiar with Dubai’s luxury dining landscape

Immediate joiners will be given preference
Salary & Benefits:

Up to 30,000 AED, based on experience and qualifications
