Stryker is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide daily confidential support to the Vice President of the EEMEA region. This full-time role will involve managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and ensuring seamless communication within the team. The position is essential for supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks and managing various communications within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential support to the Vice President, managing their calendar, emails, and urgent actions.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for the Vice President.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create content for newsletters and communication campaigns.

• Manage Marketo for communication campaigns and updates.

• Support in organizing town hall meetings, both live and virtual, and drive communication.

• Attend key meetings, take minutes, and prepare action plans for communication with direct reports.

• Prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations and coordinate key events.

• Manage budget updates, compliance paperwork, and filing documentation.

• Complete the monthly expense report and ensure adherence to financial procedures related to purchase orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Educational degree in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant or administrative role.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

• Touch typing and audio typing at 80 words per minute.

• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
