Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President, EEMEA. The role involves handling high-level administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and organizing key corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Vice President.

  • Manage schedules, emails, travel arrangements, and diary coordination.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for newsletters and communication campaigns.

  • Handle Marketo email channels for corporate communication.

  • Organize and support virtual/live town hall meetings and internal communications.

  • Prepare reports, take meeting minutes, and create PowerPoint presentations.

  • Update budget lists, handle compliance paperwork, and maintain documentation.

  • Process financial transactions, including monthly expense reports and purchase orders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar executive assistant role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

  • Touch typing/audio typing (80 words per minute) is a plus.
