Executive Assistant to Chairman (Projects)

Planet One Group is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Chairman (Projects) to provide high-level coordination and strategic support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, operational insight, and experience in handling confidential matters with discretion. This role involves cross-functional coordination, project monitoring, and executive-level support for strategic initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between the Chairman and internal teams, including executives and project leaders.

  • Track and report on the status of strategic projects using dashboards and timelines.

  • Conduct research, compile data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Assist in preparing executive summaries, presentations, and briefing materials.

  • Draft and manage sensitive communications on behalf of the Chairman with utmost confidentiality.

  • Support business planning, investment reviews, and operational improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in an executive assistant or coordination role, preferably in EPC, construction, or education sectors.

  • Strong understanding of operations and project coordination.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi is a plus).

  • Professional demeanor with high integrity and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
