This full-time, on-site role is a vital position that supports the CEO in ensuring smooth and efficient executive operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-level responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and complex travel arrangements

Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
-
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO

Screen and prioritize communications
-
Track progress and ensure deadlines for key projects
-
Prepare executive presentations and reports
-
Organize high-level meetings, conferences, and internal events
-
Maintain a well-organized executive office environment

Conduct research and provide necessary insights for decision-making
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)

3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office tools

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills

Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability
