Job Title: Executive Assistant to Brand Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Brand Director to support a dynamic leadership role within a luxury fashion and jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing communications, coordinating projects, and assisting in high-profile brand activities and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Brand Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support: handling calls, emails, correspondence, and office logistics.

  • Act as the liaison between the Brand Director and internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and support brand events such as exhibitions, trunk shows, VIP appointments, and photoshoots.

  • Prepare impactful presentations, reports, briefing notes, and marketing materials.

  • Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables, ensuring cross-functional coordination.

  • Maintain inventory logs and oversee office-related documentation.

  • Support marketing tasks including social media content planning and basic customer service interactions.

  • Conduct research and compile market and competitor insights for strategic planning.

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling proprietary information.

  • Provide additional administrative and operational assistance as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in luxury, fashion, or creative sectors.

  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

  • Ability to manage deadlines and pressure with professionalism and composure.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content coordination is a plus.

  • High standards of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • A genuine passion for the jewelry and luxury industry is a significant advantage.
