Mastercard is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to support senior leadership in a global company committed to building a sustainable and inclusive digital economy.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day departmental operations through a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organization, expense reporting, and document preparation. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a high-pressure corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, phone coverage, and travel arrangements.

Manage executive calendars, prepare expense reports, take and distribute meeting minutes.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation.

Monitor departmental budgets and maintain records and databases.

Serve as the liaison between departments and external contacts.

Administer unit-specific programs or processes and oversee support staff as needed.

Ensure all activities comply with Mastercard’s information security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

High School diploma required; college degree is a plus.

Previous experience supporting senior or executive-level professionals in a corporate setting.

Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with Oracle systems preferred.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
