AC Milan, one of the world’s most successful football clubs, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join its growing Dubai office. This proactive, diligent, and responsible team player will provide essential support for the office’s administrative and operational tasks. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting and dynamic environment, with a focus on supporting the sales and marketing functions of the regional office, assisting with key partnerships, and contributing to the club’s ongoing commercial growth in the GCC.

The club has a dedicated Dubai office responsible for managing relationships, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships in the GCC, as well as supporting its commercial growth and marketing efforts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the office, including managing daily office operations and tasks.

Assist in market research, contributing to sales and marketing strategies for the regional office.

Prepare presentations, reports, and assist with the organization of events and visits from leadership and club representatives.

Manage calendars and schedules for the office team.

Maintain and update customer databases to ensure efficient operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth administrative management of the office.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proven experience in marketing, sponsorships, and activations.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
