AI Acquisition is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support its visionary Founders in Dubai. This full-time, remote role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are eager to contribute strategically to a rapidly scaling global business. You’ll be the right hand to the leadership team—empowering them to operate at peak performance while gaining deep insight into high-growth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Monitor and triage inboxes and Slack channels; draft and proofread correspondence
  • Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support customer relationship management and follow-ups
  • Handle personal administrative tasks for the Founders
  • Oversee office operations and vendor coordination
  • Lead and support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff in a remote startup environment
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and independent decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience with international travel coordination
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Miro, etc.
  • Prior experience supporting founders or senior executives
