Nesting Company™, a sustainable real estate developer, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its leadership team. This role involves administrative, organizational, and project coordination tasks across departments, ensuring smooth operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic initiatives. The position is remote and ideal for candidates passionate about innovation, sustainability, and urban development.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and organizational support to the executive team, including scheduling, travel, and document preparation.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups and deadlines.

Support project coordination among architecture, design, and data teams.

Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, including investors, partners, and authorities.

Assist in research, presentations, and data preparation for strategic initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Organize company events, workshops, and team meetings.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficiencies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in startups, real estate, architecture, or tech environments.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.).

High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative.
