You will provide comprehensive executive support to the MENA Leadership Team Manager, managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, and special projects, while ensuring confidentiality and high operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate complex meetings and travel.

Communication: Draft, review, and distribute communications internally and externally.

Project & Event Support: Assist in executing special projects, executive events, meetings, and conferences (venue, catering, travel, communication).

Office Management: Support in setting office policies, vendor selection, and supplies procurement.

Information Management: Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring company policy compliance.

Documentation: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and manage shared documents (SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.).
Requirements:

Certified Administrative Professional or Executive Assistant Certification (or equivalent).

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Support.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is a strong plus.

Experience coordinating projects or managing events.

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English (essential).

Ability to work with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dropbox).
