EMEAA Talent Partners is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading Multinational Food Exporter based in Dubai. The role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating communications, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive executive support experience, particularly in the FMCG industry, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.

Assist in preparing documents and presentations for board meetings and executive briefings.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Organize and coordinate special projects and events.

Perform various administrative tasks to support the CEO’s office.
Qualifications:
-
10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the FMCG industry (industry experience not required).

Proven ability to manage complex calendars and communications.
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
