Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level assistance to executives. The role involves managing calendars, preparing for meetings, responding to emails, drafting documents, and assisting with account opening formalities. A basic understanding of HR operations and banking experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Handle executives’ schedules and appointments.

  • Meeting Preparation: Assist executives in preparing for meetings.

  • Email Management: Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.

  • Document Drafting: Prepare slides, meeting notes, and other documents.

  • Point of Contact: Serve as a liaison between local and overseas branches.

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with account opening formalities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

    • Experience managing multiple priorities and administrative tasks.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Experience:

  • Basic banking experience, including HR operations and account opening.
