Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level assistance to executives. The role involves managing calendars, preparing for meetings, responding to emails, drafting documents, and assisting with account opening formalities. A basic understanding of HR operations and banking experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Handle executives’ schedules and appointments.

Meeting Preparation: Assist executives in preparing for meetings.

Email Management: Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.

Document Drafting: Prepare slides, meeting notes, and other documents.

Point of Contact: Serve as a liaison between local and overseas branches.

Customer Support: Assist customers with account opening formalities.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience managing multiple priorities and administrative tasks.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
