This role requires strong administrative, operational, and client management skills, with a deep understanding of the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
🗂 Executive & Administrative Support
✔ Manage complex calendars, executive correspondence, and client meetings.
✔ Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, agreements, and documentation.
✔ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
🏢 Real Estate & Transaction Management
✔ Support property acquisitions, sales, and leasing processes.
✔ Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and global investment opportunities.
✔ Act as a liaison between high-profile clients, developers, and legal teams.
📑 Project & Document Coordination
✔ Prepare, draft, and edit confidential documents, contracts, and presentations.
✔ Manage real estate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
✔ Utilize CRM platforms and real estate software for seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:
✅ Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in real estate, transactions, and property management.
✅ Languages: Fluent in Serbian & English (Russian is a plus).
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
✅ Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office & CRM platforms.
✅ Strong Organizational & Communication Skills.
