Sukoon is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of Commercial Lines. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves high-level administrative support, schedule management, and coordination of various activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence for the Head of Commercial Lines.

Document Preparation: Create and edit reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

Travel Arrangements: Plan travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.

Communication Management: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Project Assistance: Support special projects with research, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

Office Management: Maintain office supplies, process expense reports, and oversee daily office operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.

C-Suite experience is a plus.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
