Job Title: Executive – Marketing and Communications
Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
The Executive – Marketing and Communications will support the Director in executing marketing plans, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, ensuring brand consistency, and driving marketing, communications, and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Management

  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns under the direction of the Director – Marketing and Communications.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor social media for Olfah, Hayyan, and Al Mamsha projects.

  • Plan and curate content such as brand stories, event coverage, and campaigns.

  • Develop creative briefs and mood boards for content creators.

  • Engage with the community, respond to queries, and track platform performance.

  • Research and collaborate with influencers to boost engagement and reach.

Sales, Business Development & Community Support

  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to create marketing and sales collateral.

  • Write compelling content for social media, blogs, and promotional material.

  • Proofread and ensure quality and accuracy in marketing deliverables.

  • Align marketing efforts with business goals through coordination with the commercial team.

Public Relations (PR)

  • Support PR strategy execution to increase media exposure.

  • Maintain relationships with media and coordinate with PR agencies.

  • Track media coverage and evaluate PR performance.

Events & Activations

  • Assist in planning and executing brand activations, launches, and exhibitions.

  • Maintain event calendars and evaluate the success of past activities.

  • Handle logistics, branding, and on-site support during events.

Organization & Execution

  • Organize marketing files, meetings, approvals, invoices, and asset libraries.

  • Support cross-functional teams for seamless marketing execution.

  • Act as the right hand to the Director of Marketing in day-to-day functions.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing expenditures to stay within budget.

  • Conduct market and competitor research and price benchmarking.

  • Prepare weekly reports and monthly performance presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing and communications (real estate sector preferred).

  • In-depth understanding of UAE’s real estate market, RERA regulations, and buyer behavior.

  • Experience in social media, digital marketing, and SEO.

  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • Proficient in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Years of Experience: 2–5 years

  • Residence: United Arab Emirates

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
