Al Hadaf Travel & Tourism is hiring an enthusiastic and organized Excursion Executive to join their Holidays department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing daily excursion operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating with vendors to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of excursions and holiday activities.

Handle reservations and respond promptly to client inquiries.

Liaise with local suppliers, guides, transport providers, and attractions for seamless service.

Conduct pre-departure briefings and assist guests with relevant information.

Monitor customer satisfaction and manage complaints or special requests professionally.

Contribute to the development of new tour packages or experiences.

Maintain accurate booking records, guest attendance, and feedback reports.

Support marketing efforts and promote excursions to customers.

Stay informed about local attractions, tourism trends, and upcoming events.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism or travel industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/reservation software.

Valid driver’s license (if transportation coordination is required).
