Sunshine Enterprise Consulting DMCC is actively seeking an experienced and qualified Ex Person / QMS – Quality Head to oversee and elevate our quality management processes. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our operations comply with rigorous international quality standards, particularly within the scope of equipment used in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATTEX compliance). The ideal candidate will spearhead the implementation and continuous improvement of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and lead regulatory compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the ISO 9001 QMS, tailored to ATTEX standards.

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and ATTEX requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and control quality documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Monitor quality records, ensure documentation integrity, and oversee document control processes.

• Identify and execute process improvement strategies to elevate product safety and performance.

• Implement corrective and preventive measures for non-conformities and quality risks.

• Provide hands-on training and guidance to staff on ISO 9001 protocols and ATTEX compliance.

• Coordinate ATTEX-related regulatory inspections, ensuring full readiness and compliance.

• Drive organizational culture focused on continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, specifically within industries requiring ATTEX certification.

• Profound understanding of ATTEX regulations, directives, and their integration with quality systems.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
