Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized Events Project Manager to join our expanding team full-time in Dubai. This role requires a proven background in UAE-based event execution, particularly in managing exhibition stands, live brand activations, and large-scale public or government campaigns. This is a field-heavy, executional role with direct involvement in proposals, production, and client communication. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for exhibitions, activations, and public events.

• Coordinate with fabrication, AV, print, and rental vendors for seamless execution.

• Develop and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.

• Serve as the main client point of contact; communicate clearly in Arabic and English.

• Supervise on-site builds, troubleshoot live challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Maintain budgets and timelines while ensuring quality and brand alignment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event project management within the UAE.

• Direct experience in exhibition stand builds, live activations, and public or government-led campaigns.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Skilled in supplier negotiation, logistics coordination, budgeting, and reporting.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driver’s License and be currently based in the UAE.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
