Unique Properties is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of company-wide events and sales roadshows. The ideal candidate will be experienced in real estate event coordination, capable of handling end-to-end event logistics, and skilled in collaborating across departments to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events including golf tournaments, award ceremonies, and sales roadshows.

• Manage all event logistics: venue booking, catering, branding, guest list coordination.

• Source and negotiate with vendors while maintaining budget compliance and cost-efficiency.

• Build and nurture client relationships to support engagement and retention efforts.

• Track and report leads generated from events.

• Collaborate with marketing, HR, sales, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure brand consistency.

• Support event promotion via social media and digital marketing campaigns.

• Oversee on-site event operations, resolve real-time issues, and conduct post-event ROI analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of real estate event coordination experience is mandatory.

• Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management software is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate travel logistics.
